1. Acceptance of Terms

By using n-Track Studio you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the software. These terms apply to all versions including the free version, the full licence, and the subscription.

2. Licence Grant

n-Track Studio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software in accordance with the terms of your purchase or subscription, limited to the number of devices specified in your licence agreement.

3. Usage Restrictions

You may not: decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble the software; resell or sublicence the software to third parties; use the software for illegal purposes; or circumvent the software security mechanisms or licence checks.

4. Intellectual Property

n-Track Studio and all associated trademarks, logos and content are the property of n-Track Software. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. User-created audio content remains the property of the user.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the software, including loss of data or creative work.

6. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be announced on our website. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes will be resolved before the competent courts in Rome, Italy.

8. Subscription Billing and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase provided the software has not been significantly used. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall n-Track Software be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the software, including loss of data, loss of creative work, or loss of revenue. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the software in the preceding 12 months.
